Elmer Reyes

Elmer is a seasoned educator with considerable international teaching experiences who has demonstrated excellent performance in the roles of increasing responsibilities. He has created a successful 19-year career in schools in various countries and with the International Baccalaureate Organization.

As a leader, he demonstrates leadership skills that recognize the importance of supporting the achievement of the school mission and vision, supporting student success and promoting positive relationships with the school community.

His areas of interest, experience, and passion are in the Primary Years. As a workshop leader, school consultant and visiting team leader of the IB, he has been an ambassador of the Primary Years Programme, cognizant of modeling the attributes of the learner profile while actively encouraging its implementation in schools.

His international education outlook has been developed through his professional experiences in the United States of America, the Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, China, and Singapore. While advocating the IB, he believes in constantly challenging and deepening my own perspective on international-mindedness by understanding the opinions and perspectives of others through positive interactions, personal and professional development.
